Specific projects have been recognized by the Home Builders and Remodelers Association for their quality and craftsmanship.  In 1994, Crowley was first runner up in the "Best Bath" category.  In 1999, Gary received the residential renovation Gold Award in the $50,000-$100,000 category.

Several publications have recognized Gary and his businesses' success.  Builder Architect Magazine awarded him "Builder Of The Month" in November of 1994, and March of 2001.  However, his most honorable recognition came from Remodeling Magazine, awarded in May of 2002.  Crowley Construction was named one of the top 50 remodeling companies in the country (known as the "Big 50).  The award ceremony was held in Washington, D.C. where business owners from all over the country met to be honored.
